The room was spacious, well organized, spotless, and in a great spot; the staff were friendly and the price was a solid deal, though the interior door was missing a chunk of paint.

When I got to the hotel they told me I had to pay on site, but I’d already put my credit card in the reservation and it went through—why do I have to pay twice?
