The spot is well‑located, parking is convenient and safe, the rooms are new and clean, and the owner was helpful. The breakfast was just a coffee pod to use with the machine, the fridge was almost empty with no water bottle, and there was no actual breakfast. Booking lets you choose between two double beds or a double bed and a sofa, but you actually only get one room with a double bed and a bathroom that has a basic soap dispenser for everyone. The offer is misleading.

I missed a few small things, like glass cups for coffee, tea, or wine, and a wine opener. When we wanted to open a bottle on the balcony in the evening, it wasn’t available, but otherwise everything was fine.
