The layout and air conditioning were good, every window had a mosquito net, and the key‑handing process was pleasant and simple. However, the chairs and bed were noisy and too soft, the shower tray was leaking, the toilet was very low, and the AI‑powered pillows were a bit odd.

Communication was efficient. The apartment was well equipped. It’s close to the water park. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Barbecue facilities are available. The area is ideal for jogging and cycling. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood. It’s 7 km from Eger.
