The staff were polite, but the food was horrible, the entire property is poorly maintained, no one seems to have studied hotel management, and the rooms and toilets are not at all maintained.

The location was quite good. The service was very pathetic,when I requested few amenities like tea coffee i have to tell them several times to get. And also when I checked in there was nothing in the room not even drinking water, The TV remote was without battery and I informed the reception guy to fix it and until my check out nothing happened One of the worst services and the room was not even cleaned properly Last night I requested to change the towel and the Housekeeping guy brought a fully torn and old towel
