The restaurant is really good, the room is comfortable, and the spa staff are very helpful. However, the hotel needs some maintenance, there are areas that require attention, and it’s a pity the thermal baths aren’t operating.

The room was spacious and breakfast was fine. They restricted access to the indoor pool for children on Friday afternoons and Sunday, which was confusing. It was raining and the indoor pool would have been the best option, but we were denied access.

The service, the kids’ activities, and the farm with its animals were all great. The only downside was that the thermal baths weren’t available.

We’ve heard a lot about this hotel. The property and the surrounding forest are fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
