“On the whole, main room was comfortable, good location and good value for money.”

Friendly staff and great value, but the bathroom was very small and cramped, making it hard to sit on the toilet, and the Wi‑Fi was hit‑and‑miss.

“Great hotel, good value”

Excellent facility close to where we needed to be, a good firm bed, daily housekeeping, double glazing kept traffic noise out, and neighbors were well insulated; hubby wanted a softer pillow, we couldn't sit on the couch while watching TV, and a swivel bracket for the TV would help.

We had a shower that wouldn't stay on, but reception sent someone up immediately to fix it; we were upgraded to a two‑bedroom upstairs instead of the studio we stayed in last time, and although I prefer ground level, it was very spacious and we enjoyed it.

“Real comfy accommodation close to bus routes and activities south of CBD”

Perfect location for activities anywhere south of the city, and all good.
