“Horrible”
I recently had a frustrating experience at this hotel, where I was unable to check in as expected. Despite my disappointment, I was informed that the room I had booked was not available, and I was advised to book a room for an additional day. Although this was not the welcome I had anticipated, the staff's explanation was clear and I appreciated their honesty. Unfortunately, this setback left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope that future guests will not encounter similar issues.
