The place was good. The only downside was the lack of a proper bathroom.

The building is very pretty and the pool is nice, even though we didn’t use it. The staff were badly organized and untrained for a place like this. Breakfast was mediocre, the restaurant was fine but poorly managed; all the chairs were dirty and visibly so because they were white. We ate twice, and the second lunch was disappointing—a seafood platter that was mostly ice, not seafood. We waited three days for the cash register to be fixed, and no one showed up except a boy who said the battery needed changing and would do it the next day, but he never did. The room cleaning was minimal—just a quick wash of the sheets and the toilet drain. The staff had zero friendliness, except for one boy who was always kind, polite, and helpful at breakfast and when we had lunch twice. We’re truly sorry because the place is spectacular but poorly managed.

“Mi sono espressa comunque.”

I found better situations elsewhere, but the place is still decent. The location is far from the beaches, and three shuttles were missing. I'd rather stay at a Gallipoli village camping. They could offer more practical services within reach of the middle class.
