The reception was very friendly, the studio was comfortable and had charm, and the pool was pleasant, but the sound insulation was poor so I could hear everything in the building, the privacy was lacking, the place wasn’t very clean (the coffee maker still had a filter with coffee, the glasses were dirty), the gate didn’t work and had to be opened manually, and for the price it was quite annoying.

The location was calm, surrounded by nature, close to many sites, hikes, walks, the coast and beaches, Perpignan, etc.; the hosts were kind, friendly, available and helpful, but I’d rather leave.

The property was superb, a real change of scenery with a pool and animals, the mas was magnificent and the apartments were complete; we’ll definitely come back.

The location was great, a beautiful colonial house with a garden and parking, the staff were friendly and always ready to help, but we struggled to find the entrance and the place needs renovation and maintenance, especially outdoors.
