We didn't get the apartment we booked—apparently it had a burst pipe—so we stayed in the adjacent unit that wasn't fully renovated. The bed was comfy, shower was fine except the door didn't seal, wifi was solid. The kitchen had everything you need for a quick meal. It's close to the water, bus stop, and grocery. The owner was friendly and check‑in was smooth. On the downside, the unit has people living above, so the floor is loud when they walk.

Location is great, but the owner was rude and prepotent. The reception was a mess, the access smelled and was dirty, and the bathroom was a nightmare. For the same price you could find something better near Plaza de Armas. Not recommended, wouldn't stay again.

The apartment was well structured and functional. The exterior of the house was a bit underwhelming, but the apartment itself surprised me.

Comfortable and central, but there's no shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap.
