The setting, view, calm, food, and especially the staff were incredibly kind, very responsive and attentive. We stayed for four nights, it was perfect! The hotel is located in the highlands of Bali, so it was cooler, which was not a problem at all, but we didn't use the pool because it was very cold.

Everything: the calm, the incredible view, the pool, the perfect room, the adorable staff, the option to dine at the hotel, scooter rentals, and unbeatable prices (room and all associated services). Nothing negative.

Friendliness, services, the beautiful garden, tasty breakfast, and a wonderful bed. The boiler was broken the first day; it was fixed the next day but emptied faster than indicated. The pool was ice‑cold, so we didn’t use it.

Stunning view, the room is truly gorgeous. Anda is extraordinarily kind, truly adorable and attentive. The tapas are really very good. The sunset is splendid from the room’s balcony.
