Scala Nuova Beach Hotel

“Un potentiel incroyable, mais un manque d'entretien et d'animation, c'est dommage...”

The view from our room was magnificent, and the terrace was very pleasant. Hakan, the waiter, was truly professional and friendly. The meals were good, though a bit lacking in variety. The beach is at the foot of the hotel. The reception, the welcome, and the information were poor; Wi‑Fi was missing for the last three days. The air‑conditioning in the neighboring room was noisy, a party on the beach and at the adjacent hotel kept us from sleeping. The staff seemed untrained, friendly though, but served wine and morning coffee in plastic cups. No activities were offered, and there was absolutely nothing in the area—had to take a taxi for an ice‑cream or a walk. The hotel’s maintenance was lacking: broken lounge chairs, overflowing bins, the pool bar was dirty and not open.

“Imagine how bad its is i have reservation 7 night I stay 4 and leave the hotel very bad and dirty!!!”

I couldn't find any positive aspects; everything in the room was just bad and stinky.

The view was amazing, close to the city center and tourist spots like Efes-Meryem Ana House, and the staff were very helpful and attentive; the shopping malls were a 30‑minute walk away. However, the beach was right on the water but not very affordable, especially in the afternoon when the current brings all the filth to the shore.

The price‑performance matched my expectations; the rooms were spacious, beautiful, and especially the sea‑view rooms were fantastic, so I recommend it. It was a bit farther from the center, but since I drove there, I had no problems.

“Emblema di un fasto che fu”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some truly breathtaking views of the ocean that made up for a few initial hiccups. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, which was a welcome respite from the issues we encountered. On the other hand, our room wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived, and we were promptly moved to a new one. Unfortunately, the new room's shower was lukewarm, and the toilet was incredibly loud, sounding more like a tractor than a typical bathroom fixture.
