The entire team was warm and attentive, assisting us at every stage—from arrival to stay to departure—and even buying our tickets; everything was excellent. The facilities are great, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable, with no issues to report.

Chelsey went above and beyond by helping us plan activities and book tickets; the park is about a 15‑minute walk from its entrance, but the staff arranged free drop‑off and pick‑up, which was very convenient. The hotel’s restaurant offers a wide variety of options until 21:00, and breakfast is good with plenty of European and Chinese choices. The mountain view was truly amazing, just as advertised, and we stayed in a room with a balcony jacuzzi that was very comfortable and great value for the money.

El personal súper simpaticos, nos ayudaron en todo momento a ubicarnos y nos explicaron perfectamente el recorrido para movernos bien dentro del parque. Nos llevaron a la entrada y nos recogieron facilitándonos toda la estancia. Además pedimos cenar fuera para observar las vistas tan bonitas que tiene y no hubo ningún problema. El desayuno para personas celíacas (gluten-free) es escaso
