“Overpriced. This is not a boutique hotel”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was great - it was one of the highlights of my trip. However, the manager seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and when I tried to use the machine to pay for something, it wouldn't accept my foreign Visa card. Overall, the place just felt really soulless, like there was zero character or personality to it.

Excellent room, very comfortable beds and street noise minimal. We received a free room upgrade which we were very happy about! Great space as well. We were charged for drinking two bottles of water by the bed. We assumed they were complimentary as there were bottles by the fridge with prices next to them and other bottles in the fridge as part of the mini bar. It should be clearer that any bottles will be charged as they were much more expensive than water you can buy anywhere else

“Nice stay if you don't mind lack of parking space”

The hotel really surprised me with its spacious rooms - ours was huge and super comfy. We were also loving the location, it was perfect for getting around. The staff were friendly and not trying to rip us off like some places we've been to. However, parking was a nightmare and we thought it was a basic requirement for hotels to have decent parking. Unfortunately, the restaurant service was also a bit of a letdown - the staff seemed unresponsive and not very attentive.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, but the noise from the nearby bars and clubs was a real issue. I was a bit worried when I saw the small room, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The staff were super helpful, especially when I checked in late, and the breakfast was a great spread with plenty of options. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
