The swimming pool was very good, the spa and hotel décor were nice, and the staff were kind. The outdoor pool was heated and long, making it great for swimming, and the hotel was really close to the beach, which was nice for a sea swim. The mattress was very hard and lacked a comfortable topper, so it didn’t feel up to a 5‑star standard at that price. The bathroom didn’t have enough hangers. Tipping seemed expected if you want attentive service: on the days we tipped, the service was fast and attentive; on the day we forgot, it was still professional but slower and a bit less kind.

I was pleasantly surprised that the personal war was plentiful, so there was no waiting time at all. Every special request was handled quickly, the whole staff was very friendly, and the entire hotel stayed spotlessly clean. Towards the end of my stay, however, the breakfast and dinner buffets were significantly cut back, the hotel‑owned beach bar shut down, the sea‑bound pool area was removed, and some drinks were overpriced.

“I cannot wait to go back again. Highly recommend for everyone - especially couples.”

The staff and service were simply outstanding! Even though there were no beach photos, there is a private beach right in front of the sea, and free beach towels are provided. The sea beds are incredibly comfortable, and the buffet food at both breakfast and dinner is absolutely delicious.

The food, accommodation, staff, and cleanliness were all top‑level. It would have been even better if there were a sunbathing area alongside the sauna, as that would have added to the overall quality. The sunbathing spot by the outdoor pool is fantastic.

“Grand by name and by nature.”

A very clean and thoughtfully designed hotel with spectacular views of the sea from the pool and bar. Lovely heated indoor pool, sauna and spa all free for hotel guests. Quality toiletries and a wide choice at breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. The outdoor infinity pool isn't heated but that probably isn't a problem if you're braver than us or if you come in the Summer
