⭐ 1 STAR — WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 🚫 Extremely poor service, terrible management, and a completely irresponsible owner. The quality of service is pathetic, communication is unprofessional, and hospitality is absolutely disappointing. There is no proper parking facility, and our experience was ruined by the owner's rude and intimidating behaviour. We accidentally stayed for only ONE HOUR, yet the owner charged ₹1,000 from our group for that short period. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he behaved arrogantly and showed no basic courtesy or humanity. The worst part was the way he spoke to our group, including female tourists. When we politely asked him to speak properly and sort out the issue, his response was extremely rude: “Why? What's it to you? Who are you?” Is this how a hotel owner should communicate with guests? Tourists deserve respect, safety, and basic hospitality—not intimidation, humiliation, and unreasonable charges. Our group felt extremely uncomfortable with the owner's behaviour. My sincere advice to fellow travellers, especially tourists visiting Goa from Maharashtra: THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Goa is beautiful, but experiences like this seriously damage its reputation as a tourist destination. A hotel is not just about rooms and money; it is also about respect, professionalism, and hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience here was completely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you value respectful treatment and a peaceful stay. Our experience was a complete disappointment. 👎
