Gece resepsiyonistinin bir küçük şişe su istediğimde beni bakkala yönlendirmesi (saat 22.00 ve ben 76 yaşındayım) ve kahvaltıda gene su ve gerekse çay kahve servislerinde müşterinin bir taneyi aşmamasının hissettirilmesi de profesyonel değildi. Otelin nisbeten yüksek fiyatına rağmen küçük şeylerde müşteriyi adeta terbiye etmeye çalışması rahatsız edici. Bu özensizlik bana yöredeki otellerin doluluk problemi yaşamadıklarını düşündürdü. Gerçek kalite, her koşulda, yani işler iyi giderken de profesyonel ve nazik olmalı. Odanın büyüklüğü de sorulmuş: küçük bir koltuk hatta iskemle koymaktan yatağın büyüklüğü lehine vazgeçilmiş
