Everything was spot‑on: the room was clean, the staff were very nice, and the location was fantastic, but the walls are thin and you can hear noises in the morning.

The location near the Harvard campus was great, the staff were mostly kind and courteous, the room was very clean, and we felt safe, yet the Front Desk Manager was extremely rude, the room was cramped and I kept hitting my shins but didn’t want to complain, the website said there was carpet but there was none, and the train noise underground was an adjustment.

Privacy and lack of noise were positives, but for the price it feels over‑priced.

The room and bathroom were super modern and clean, and there was nice coffee service downstairs, but it’s a bit expensive given the limited facilities and the small size of the room.
