This is a very beautiful hotel for Indian tourists; the staff and manager are very warm and give advice in Gujarati. It was a great experience whether you’re traveling with family or alone. The staff are very clean and it’s easy to get around in a taxi from every spot.

The indoor swimming pool was a highlight, but there was no microwave in the room.

I liked the location, the rooms were clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the price was great for what was offered. The staff were very helpful and courteous. However, I had been to this hotel several times before and know of ladyboy friends who had stayed there. When I arrived, a sign at the reception read “ladyboys not welcome.” That felt extremely negative and intolerant. I was staying with my trans partner and was shocked by this new intolerance. The staff did show understanding and assured me that there would be no problems, as if bad behavior had anything to do with gender. Still, for future visits I can’t bring the hotel back into consideration because I would have to worry every time whether my ladyboy friends could enter.
