The location was perfect for beach time, but the room’s air‑con made a lot of noise and we had to push for a room change.

The only bright side was the seaside proximity and Igor’s help moving us to a better room with a terrace. The building didn’t match the photos; I would have chosen elsewhere if I’d known how poorly it was kept. Valentina’s service was unacceptable—she spent most of the check‑in on her phone, ignored us, and after a 30‑minute wait handed us the worst room with mold and odors. When I asked for a swap she flat‑out refused, claiming no other rooms were available, and told me the pictures were just references. The next day she ignored us again when we returned from the beach, turning her face to the computer as if I’d offended her. Later that evening I asked for an iron; Valentina denied it, saying there was only one for the whole hotel and another guest was using it, and suggested I try again the next morning. The following morning Igor was there, helpful, and offered me a choice of irons, proving Valentina was just upset with me or simply unpleasant. I would rate the hotel higher if not for Valentina’s attitude, which made my stay irritating from arrival to the last interaction. Igor, however, went the extra mile to keep things pleasant.
