The scenery and cleanliness were great. However, there were few amenities and everything felt very outdated.

The spot is amazing, right in the heart of the city, but the shower water pressure was a real let‑down for a hotel that should be top tier.

The view was spectacular, the bed was comfy, and it was super quiet, but the evening meal was a disappointment and the shower felt flat.

The location was great . If you’re going to walk to the top of the volcano it’s a good spot to spend 2 nights max . The front desk service not very helpful. The volcano view rooms pictures are somewhat misleading. They need to trim the bushes to see the volcano from your room. There’s no water pressure: I only say this because it’s not a cheap hotel
