“Cool relaxing area and amazing friendly staff”
Amazing staff, great location for the reason I can. Can't say anything bad.

The hotel is close to ASU, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean—great value for the price. The only downside was the morning noise from the city, not the hotel itself.
It’s a cute little motel, but I arrived a day early and, without a reservation, the air conditioning wasn’t on. It took 5 hours for the room temperature to drop from ~114 to 75 degrees, and everything was hot to the touch. I wish it had a pool; June in Phoenix is rough.
