The spot was decent, but the room was absolutely horrendously dirty, with mold on the bathroom surfaces, roaches, and people apparently homeless sitting in the corridors, which was intimidating. We decided to leave after paying in full, but the staff called the manager who was abusive, shouting and threatening us as if we hadn’t paid. He demanded we pay again in cash and return for a “refund” the next day. A staff member followed us outside shouting with the manager, which was embarrassing and frightening. Given the room’s condition, we had every right not to pay, yet we did.

The location was excellent and the staff were polite and friendly.

To be honest, this hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The decor was pretty basic and the room was way too big for the furniture, which made it look a bit bare. Maintenance was also a major issue - the aircon was broken and the propeller was missing. It was like they'd just chucked everything together without much thought.

The location of this hotel is amazing - it's right in the heart of Bangalore, surrounded by restaurants and close to all the important places. I couldn't fault it in terms of convenience, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
