The entire hotel staff was caring, kind, and welcoming. The food was good, the pool was beautiful. We also borrowed bicycles from the hotel and explored the surrounding area, which was such a lovely experience. Everything was simply perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay very much; the room was fun and the pool was great! We had some weird noise on the second night, so the team gave us another room to sleep in and on the other night they changed our room, which was very helpful.

Staff were lovely. The pool was very tranquil and had gorgeous views. Breakfast selection was pretty good, even as a vegetarian. Beds were the comfiest we slept on in our whole trip (we like them fairly firm). The location is tucked away from the town (and better for it), but it's only 10 minutes in a Grab taxi (which are cheap and easy to get). The hotel also provides free bicycles and the flat terrain makes it easy to cycle. The hotel is walking distance to the Thung Nham Ecotourism zone where there are caves, a huge bird sanctuary, large swimming pool, pickleball courts, walking tracks, cafes and more. We had one double deluxe room and one junior suite – the rooms were almost identical except for a few sqm in size, but it was worth the small extra amount for the suite for the amazing views. Views from the deluxe weren't great. The bungalows are along the side of the building and would have no views at all, so I would definitely recommend the hotel rooms over the bungalows. The gym on the top floor is small but has really good quality equipment for a hotel (just make sure you go up and turn the AC on 15 minutes before you need to use it, or it's more of a sauna!). Breakfast was good but it finished at 9am which was a little early for us, and they stopped refreshing food around 8.30am so many items ran out. Bring your own hairdryer if you need one – the provided one is extremely weak.
