I stayed at this resort and loved its prime location and vast leisure spaces - the kids had a blast with all the activities available. However, the food was a major letdown, with bland flavors and limited seafood options. The breakfast buffet was particularly unimpressive, with oily-tasting eggs and omelets, and the lunch food was underseasoned, with even raw chicken served to kids. Overall, the resort needs to step up its culinary game.

The childcare at this complex is top-notch, with a really comfortable and safe environment for kids - that's definitely its strongest point. The leisure area is also great. However, I had a bit of a nightmare with my room assignment - I was initially told I'd be staying in one room, but when I arrived, I was moved to a different one, and I wasn't the only one with this issue. It was pretty frustrating and made me question whether I'd return.

I really enjoyed the breakfast at this resort - the variety was excellent and the food was delicious. However, I was disappointed with the little things, like not having a toothbrush and shampoo kit in the bathroom, just bar soap. When I asked, I was told I could request it at the front desk, but they said it wasn't included. For the price I paid, it seems like a small but important perk. The room cleaning was also subpar - the shower was stained, and I could tell it wasn't cleaned properly.

Overall, I had a good experience at this resort - the food was tasty, the place was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly. However, I did feel uncomfortable with the GAV staff constantly pushing me to visit their showroom, even when I made it clear I wasn't interested. It happened everywhere - inside the resort, outside, even on the beach - it got a bit much.
