Breakfast had a good variety. The bed was smaller than we’re used to, but that’s fine. My husband struggles with stairs and walking; I mentioned this at check‑in, yet we were still assigned a room up 17 stairs along a corridor.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the Wi‑Fi was excellent, and the staff were friendly and caring. No complaints.

We liked the spot and the view from the window, but there was only one comfy chair in the room and the sliced bread at breakfast felt cheap.

Room AC didnt work. Cancelled room booking without communication during Farnborough airshow, this left us in a very difficult situation to manage
