The staff were very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The shower sometimes took a while to heat up and the closet was too small.
“Cold kitchen staff and noisy rooms”
I've visited this hotel twice and each time the kitchen staff—especially the short‑haired woman—came across as overly serious and pretty cold, almost rude. Add to that the fact that you can hear noise from other rooms, which was a bit distracting.
“Great breakfast and location”
The breakfast was solid and the hotel sits in a great spot, right near a bunch of good restaurants. It made grabbing a bite easy and enjoyable.
“Friendly staff, but the room was noisy”
The staff were as attentive as always, but we ended up in the room right above the laundry. The constant noise all night and into the early hours made it hard to get any sleep.
“Loved everything”
Everything about the place worked for me; the room, the service, the location—nothing stood out as a problem. I left feeling satisfied with the whole experience.
