“Najlepszy hotel w Indiach”

This is the best hotel I've seen in India so far; the price is very reasonable and it's not far from the Golden Temple. The room was simply lovely and bright, although a few spots had minor flaws. It was well equipped, and the hotel interior and restaurant looked fantastic. The food, especially the varied breakfasts, was delicious. The front‑desk team were friendly and smiling. A big plus was the minibar, which came in handy at that moment. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, so I wholeheartedly recommend this place. On the downside, I once had no hot water, and the restaurant staff can be rather cold and unfriendly at times.

“Breakfast was cold . Need to improve in this area”

Every thing was good , staff was nice only one problem with this hotel was that we called many times to reception for wifi issue but no one was ready to listen the complaint After 5 hours without internet i personally went to reception and then the internet is provided to me and it was around 11 pm in night . Rest all was best . Sardarji at reception was very gentleman …. Everything

“Very good, budget friendly hotel for family.”

We had travelled as group of 5 , with 3 senior citizens and had booked 3 rooms . The hotel and staff were very good and overall facility was clean. THis hotel is value for money and very budget friendly. The breakfast provided was also standard and had most of the regular items. Nothing over the top but basic and good. Most importantly, our 3 senior citizens found the hotel comfortable , and its very near to the golden temple and away for actual hustle around the golden temple. The room size could have been bigger and no windows

“Was very comfortable and quiet for me.”

The staff were very friendly, though the management could have been better.

The reception was excellent; we arrived at 12 am and they served dinner right away, which was great. The only issue was that the hotel seemed a bit understaffed.
