Everything was unsatisfactory: the host is cunning and dishonest, the photos on the site are misleading, there are no toilets, the bathroom and toilet are in a shared corridor, the kitchen is awful and constantly smells of food, the staff are rude, the host is rude and talks to guests like they’re from the lowest social strata; it’s a very bad place and I don’t recommend it to anyone. You won’t find anything that matches what’s on the website, and the hotel will not refund your cancellation fee.

I had a good stay at Gulshan Guest House; the current room was comfortable, but my previous room was quite small and the bathroom was outside the room. The room details on the website could be clearer so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Apart from that, the stay was good. I felt safe as a solo female traveler, the security was good, and no one disturbed me during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.
