“Great hotel. Just need to control the noise.”
Great location. The walls are paper‑thin, so you can hear the next room talking on the phone or watching TV all night.
The location was fine, but the room wasn’t ready until after 15 h, the staff were in a sour mood, the room was dirty and there were no kitchen utensils, the mini‑fridge barely worked, and the bath towel was stained.
“Je n'y retournerai plus malgré de belles chambres !”
A room that was perfect—modern, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. But when we arrived around 23:00 with a lot of luggage, there was no baggage cart available, even though the front desk said the hotel had three. The staff at reception did nothing to help; they offered no empathy, no solution, and just kept saying things like “you paid, you can’t cancel,” “we don’t know where the carts are,” and “if you text your boss to cancel, you’ll have to leave and we can’t tell you if you’ll get a refund.” The customer service was completely disengaged, which felt awful for a $200 a night room. This was the first time I’ve had such a bad experience.

Breakfast was fine. Housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms daily, so I left without clean towels, coffee, or cups.
