Great value for money accommodation. The private bungalow offered a nice little sea view, and for what I paid I couldn’t complain. The bed was comfy and the air‑con was cold. The owner was very friendly and speaks English, and can help you out if you need a hand. Breakfast included banana pancakes or eggs on toast, both tasty, and there were other options, but those were the best in my opinion. Juices, Bali coffee, and tea were also available. It’s best to hire a scooter or arrange a driver if you need to get around, as Gojek and Grab don’t work in Amed. For less mobile people, a heads up: you need to climb some stairs to reach your room; they’re a little steep but not a lot.

The accommodation offers very good value for money. Breakfast was excellent, and the host was very friendly.

The sea view is beautiful, the air conditioning is excellent, and the location is ideal. Unfortunately, almost none of the listed amenities were available (hygiene items, kettle, sheets instead of a blanket, etc.), and the breakfast was poorer.

We stayed in the family room on the top step, with a wonderful view, quietness, and a terrace to relax on in the evenings. The staff were welcoming and ready to fulfill any request. They organize boat tours, rent scooters (essential for moving around freely), and provide a taxi service because Grab is somewhat lacking in the area.
