So clean and spacious, the shared kitchen was great and our 2‑year‑old loved running around in the garden after a long day travelling. Frederica and Davide were very kind and welcoming and the location was very peaceful even though it is so close to the airport (5‑10 mins drive). Several restaurants in walking distance and we slept well. Thank you!

Very close to the airport, very comfortable bed, very friendly owners. Our flight ran quite late and the owners were so helpful in staying up to check us in. I’d been in transit for 48 hours so their willingness to accommodate us outside their normal business hours was very much appreciated. Nothing else, everything was great.

The place was spotless, quiet, and easy to reach by public transport. We had a huge private bathroom and were given coffee, snacks, and fresh water. The location felt secure. Everything was great, and the host was very helpful, giving us privacy and arranging a taxi back to the airport and a trip to Venice Center.

The spot is close to the airport and just a short bus ride to central Venice, with a quick walk to nice restaurants. The owner and hosts are friendly, helpful, and chatty, offering solid sightseeing tips. The room is roomy and comfy, with a peaceful outdoor seating area and kitchen access.
