“Plus jamais!!!!!!”

It’s only a 5 or 6‑minute walk to Bangla Road, which is convenient, but the entrance, hall, and entire building smelled horribly of plumbing, toilets, and dampness. The bed linen was stained, the towels were not clean at all, the TV didn’t work, the air‑conditioning was faulty and full of dust, making me feel very ill. The staff were neither welcoming, friendly, helpful, nor polite—just unpleasant. On top of that, the room had no window!

“You get what you pay for”

The area was nice and I enjoyed the privacy, but the deluxe room was attached to another room, compromising that privacy. The safety deposit box didn’t work, and when I asked, I was told I would receive one, yet I never got a box for the entire month.

The price‑performance ratio is quite good for Patong conditions.

I didn’t like anything: the Pom was unclean, I checked out the next day, booked a different hotel, and they wouldn’t cancel my booking. I didn’t receive any refund for the amount I paid, even though I requested a half refund. The room was dirty, with yellow spots everywhere in the bathroom and on the bed, and the smell was awful. I stayed two nights but paid for seven and still didn’t get a partial refund.
