It was close enough to downtown Portland. It was very uncomfortable with the other guests staying there; the hallway smelled awful when we first entered, and it seemed like people were living there short‑term. I probably would never stay there again.

The spot was spot on—right off the highway and a short drive to Portland and Old Orchard Beach, and the Mall was just a hop away with loads of dining choices. The hotel isn’t a luxury place and it doesn’t match the amenities you’d find at other chains.

The location was solid. I ended up paying full price while others were staying there for a fraction of the cost that week.

Well maintained and clean. Great access to stores nearby. They switched our booking from a king suite to 2 queens without telling us then claimed they only have 2 king suites now that they only book for extended stays
