The bathroom was filthy and stank badly; there was no drainage, so water from the washbasin splashed onto my feet, and the geyser leaked. I asked several times for repairs, but management never responded. I even requested a room change, but that was ignored. It was a terrible experience.

The bathroom looked filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, and the room was dusty around the corners and windows; spider webs were present in both the bathroom and bedroom.
