I was utterly disappointed with the service I received upon arrival. They failed to provide me with the room I had booked, instead taking me to another hotel where I found the facilities in a deplorable state - there was no toilet paper, and the flush wasn't even working. The whole experience was a nightmare.

While this hotel is budget-friendly and suitable for a short stay, I wouldn't recommend it to solo female travelers due to its poor location. My room was subpar, with a missing TV, dirty floor, and a bed that was touching a dirty wall. The toilet was also in a state of disrepair, and the hot water didn't work. To make matters worse, the breakfast was late, and the surrounding area was quite shabby.

The inconvenience and confusion caused by this mix-up made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations. The room, breakfast, facilities, and location were all top-notch, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's drop-off service to the nearby business district was also a highlight.
