“In need of refurb”

Great location, free breakfast (not in the booking, and we didn't take them up on it), cute décor in the public areas. Executive and advantage rooms were both very decent size. The room was run down with tiles missing from the bathroom, and a pervasive damp smell. The room had clearly had previous water damage. Sheets were stained (but clean), there was mould in the bathroom and a dirty towel left on the floor. 100 ringgit deposit was cash only (but was returned promptly on check out) The advantage room was nicer than the executive room, with a walk in shower rather than a bath

L'albergo è molto bello, la camera grandissima, i letti confortevoli. Tutto è estremamente pulito. La posizione è fantastica. La nota in più è data dalle persone che ci lavorano, sono tutti gentilissimi e sorrdienti, quando dovevamo ripartire e non si trovava un Grab o un taxi, ci hanno addirittura accompagnato personalmente con la loro macchina al terminal dei bus!. Nulla, tutto perfetto

“The location is perfect”

The sheets and pillow covers carried a faint odor, but overall the room felt clean and comfortable.

“Amazing location and wonderful bed”

The location is great for visiting Melacca, convenient for freshening up and heading out again; breakfast was nice, staff were friendly, and the bed was the most comfortable ever. The room felt a bit dated, with peeling paint and a dripping air‑con despite being clean.
