Beds were very comfortable with a desirable temperature. Rooms need upgrading: the bathroom toilet is too low, the dresser has a lot of dust underneath, and the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in a while.

The place was nice and clean, and the air conditioner was like a freezer but I slept well. No negatives.

Friendly staff and a clean room were great, and there were plenty of fast‑food spots nearby—Huddle House sits right across from the hotel and downtown Natchitoches is easy to reach. The breakfast was just okay; no sausage or bacon, biscuits were missing, oatmeal was too soupy, the chicken breasts were only meat, the meat was hard, the fruit was unappealing, and there were no grits.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel sits right off the highway and there are many food options within walking distance, and most of the staff were exceptional. I paid in advance, but the hotel tried to charge my card twice—once for the deposit and once for the room—though the second charge was stopped by Cap1 as suspicious. It wasn't a huge issue, but the front‑desk lady didn’t take responsibility and blamed a “third‑party” for the attempted charge.
