The VIA VARANASI Resort

“The experience”

I rate my stay at The VIA VARANASI RESORT as exceptional, and it truly deserves praise; after traveling worldwide for a long time, the sublime experience at The VIA VARANASI RESORT in Ramnagar, Varanasi, brought a smile to my face, and I would love to return for a longer stay—M. Chakraborty. It would have been even better if Varanasi had seen less rain and if other parts of the city were cleaner, but The VIA VARANASI RESORT fully deserves its exceptional rating.

Arvind & Rishi were absolutely amazing! The staff was super helpful, well‑coordinated and welcoming, making us feel like family. The environment is incredibly peaceful and the ambience blends premium aesthetics with nature. And the food—especially the Sattu Paratha, Aloo Bharta & Palak Paneer—was next level, tasting so good with a comforting, homely touch. Beautiful place, lovely people, peaceful vibes and unforgettable food; definitely a place I’d love to visit again.

“My stay was not satisfactory, due to room no 109.If they change my room, then it was okey”

I was a bit disappointed with my stay, especially with room 109. The room itself was okay, but it had a few issues - the phone was dead and they didn't replace it after I complained. The central table and side table were also missing, which made the room feel a bit bare. To top it off, the toilet was overflowing with water. I was really hoping they'd switch me to a different room, but unfortunately, they didn't.

“Great Experience”

We stayed here for a while and found the food to be overpriced. It's definitely worth considering the meal plan option instead of paying à la carte. The prices were steep, to say the least.
