The staff were very helpful and the rooms were spotless, making for a great overall experience, though the entry process felt a bit awkward.

The rooms were clean, the staff polite and always ready to help, and the air conditioning worked well—no mosquitoes at all. Being close to Chembur station meant plenty of local shops and restaurants, and the adjacent restaurant is superb, so we ate there several times. However, we paid for executive rooms but received standard ones, and the rooms were double the size of what we expected, so the one with a third bed felt very tight. Breakfast was fine, but given the great restaurant next door, it might have been better to skip the hotel breakfast and just go there.
