“Terrible pleace dirty & no facilities”

The bed was comfortable – nothing more to add. Don’t stay at this hotel. It was dirty, insects were everywhere, the bed wasn’t clean, and it was a dog hotel, apparently. We arrived late, stayed one night, and left the next day. The staff were helpful, but they don’t speak English. There was no water, no towel, not even a bedsheet, no toilet paper, and the air conditioning barely worked. Wi‑Fi was only available at the reception and was unreliable.

“disappointing”

Convenient location and some staff were very nice. The room’s light didn’t work, walls were stained, the toilet had urine on it when I first arrived, and the cabinets were dirty with missing doors. The staff were also absent when I tried to check in.

The toilet flush was broken and the sink looked old; we felt very uncomfortable in the bathroom, with no toilet paper, no soap, just one towel. When we asked for a room change we only got a response 12 h after we checked out. The worst hotel after three weeks in Indonesia! The rest of the room—bedding, bed, AC—was fine. Because of the bathroom, I absolutely do not recommend it.

“just good”

The administration kept asking for too much information; I needed rest but still had to fill out a lot of details that the place required.
