The room and bathroom were nice and offered great value, the location was excellent, I loved all the free amenities, and the staff were very helpful and kind. The window wasn’t a proper window, which made me laugh but didn’t bother me.

They offered a simple self‑serve bar for a quick bite, but the shower door in the bathroom stayed closed and the room still got wet.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, and there were loads of complimentary items; the hotel sits just a short walk from the train station and the night market.

The staff were very friendly, the spot right next to the metro station, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was solid; we were upgraded to a huge superior room that offered plenty of space.
