The value was decent. The location was hard to find by car because the street was closed, and the room was right next to the elevator.

I liked the location, but the rooms were cramped and the cleaning was awful; we even saw vomit outside our room and it was never cleaned up.

Location was the only positive. The value for money was the worst imaginable; it was a poor choice compared to other NYC options. The air‑conditioning was noisy, the bathroom toilet didn’t work, the shower leaked, the corridor smelled, and the receptionist was unfriendly. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone; there are much better options in NYC at this price level.
