“Hospedagem”

The building was easy to access, and we felt comfortable coming in and out; the breakfast was very good and well supplied, and the room cleaning was always orderly. I liked everything.

The receptionist was wonderful and extremely friendly. The room was clean. They changed the towels the day after check‑in, I felt cold at night and asked for an extra blanket, and the cleaning ladies responded quickly. Breakfast was great. I didn’t feel safe walking to the park, but it’s close and I didn’t spend more than 10 reais on an Uber.

The location was good, the room was clean, and the front‑desk staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the room had a full‑glass window and even with a blackout curtain, a lot of light seeped in early, waking us up before we wanted to. The window’s sound insulation was poor; because the room faced the street, we could hear almost every outside noise. At night the wind made the window vibrate, adding to the noise and ruining our sleep. The thermal insulation was also lacking, letting in a lot of cold. It felt as if the window wasn’t suitable for a bedroom at all, more like an outdoor area. The breakfast had very few choices and could have been more varied. Overall, the main issue was the lack of sleep comfort, and we spent most of the night awake, so the experience was unsatisfactory.

The atmosphere was calm and tidy, and we were greeted warmly. The breakfast was fantastic—just thank you. We’ll definitely return.
