The shared washer and heated drying room were surprisingly convenient and a big plus. Breakfast was great, and the host even drove us to the station with a shuttle. The only minor issue was having to ask for boiling water, but the staff were always ready to help, so it didn’t matter much.

The room had a private bathroom, was cozy and clean, and there was a drying room for gear. Breakfast was tasty. The shared hair dryer was a downside, and the heater emitted a slight odor, but it didn’t affect the stay.

Erica & Tomo were fantastic hosts who cared for us throughout our stay, arranging discounted ski passes and rentals. Their warmth and hospitality made everything comfortable and easy. One night they cooked dinner for us, which was exceptional, and the breakfasts were hearty enough to power our days on the slopes.

The setting was peaceful and beautiful, the host was welcoming, and the breakfast was plentiful and generous—feeling like a homecoming. The Japanese‑style bathroom felt a bit cramped for a larger body, but overall it was still very comfortable.
