O café da manha não estava incluido no preço final da hospedagem, gerando uma "pegadinha" para os hóspedes, que, ao pagar a hospedagem, são surprrendidos com a cobrança de mais R$ 20,00 pelo café da manhã. Pouquíssima variedade de opções de comidas no café da manhâ, onde, embora seja oferecida a opção de pedir uma tapioca na hora, não havia uma copeira para fazer para os hospedes. As garrafas de café acabaram e não fizeram mais cafe, e ainda eram 8,30 da manhâ, da mesma forma que não fizeram mais pão de queijo, nem renovaram o presunto e o queijo
