The service was solid, the location convenient, and the staff friendly. The room looked exactly like the photos and the facilities were good. The only downside was the pillows – they were uncomfortable – and there was no cable TV.

Staff were helpful and polite, breakfast was decent, and the place is in a good spot. However, there's no sound insulation, no air conditioning, and solo travelers end up on the first floor by the pool, which isn't great for people with mobility issues.

The mattress in my room was sagging in the middle and made my stay uncomfortable; it definitely needs to be replaced.
