The room was simple. Two beds joined together were a let‑down, and the TV and wifi were inadequate.

“Stay Away”

I avoided this place entirely. Checking in was a nightmare: the hotel had no staff, and I had to fill out an online form via a QR code. They wouldn’t accept my American Express for a $1 holding deposit, even though I’d paid the full amount online with that same card, so I had to scramble for another card. After a long wait I finally managed to get it sorted and get into the room.

“Clean & Tidy but very challenging check in system”

The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was comfortable. There was no power outlet at the bed for charging devices, even though bedside tables had USB outlets ready to use. The electronic check‑in system required us to download an app, upload a driver’s licence, and add a credit card for payment, but no notice was given before check‑in that we’d need to do this. Even after standing outside the locked door and completing all that, the system still didn’t send door codes, so we had to call and wait while someone accessed the system and emailed us the codes. Everyone we met had the same issue.

“Loved the room but bit hard to find and no reception”

The property was clean, but the lighting in the front car park and near the doors was insufficient. I didn’t realize it was a self‑check‑in setup, and there were people arguing in the next room for a while, which made me feel uneasy being alone.
