Grandma flew with her son to arrange a place for the kid at university. The staff were very responsive, quickly answering all questions and helping with small daily matters—transport, printing, etc. According to relatives, the restaurant food is quite good, and the son especially liked the gym.

The hotel is clean, but it really doesn’t live up to a 4‑star or even a 3‑star rating. The room is poorly maintained and the view is bad.

The beds were comfortable, rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed. The hotel is in a good spot near the city center. The shower was broken and there was no hot water in the evening.
