We booked the hotel and received a quick, efficient reply; within five minutes a transfer from the airport was already waiting for us! The hotel itself is new, spotless, and well‑maintained. It’s close to the airport, which is very convenient. Huge thanks to Albert—everything was magnificent, in the finest tradition of the hospitable Armenian people!

The whole experience was spot on—everything was convenient and organized. They reached out beforehand, met us at the airport, drove us to the hotel, and assisted with check‑in. The next morning they picked us up and drove us back to the airport for our flight, all without a hitch.

In Jerewan, the only private hotels near the airport are a bit farther away. The room was new, clean, and had a huge shower. The price was fair and included the airport transfer. English communication was tough, with many texts and calls needed. The hotel’s surroundings looked ugly. We arranged an exact shuttle time to the airport, but the driver arrived 15 minutes early, which caused a lot of stress.
